Here’s what happened. . .
The company that I’ve been using for many years, as an online shopping cart/membership software system, is going out of business. So, I’ve moved all my courses into a new system. I have entered the courses you own into the new system, but not your password.
Why didn’t I enter your password, too? Well, I don’t have access to your password! Increased security procedures mean I have never had access to any passwords you’ve created.
The simplest solution to all this is for you to send yourself a new password, then everything should be good to go. In case there are any probelms, please contact me here . . .
